Dear Missionaries:
Happy Thanksgiving! Sister Marston and I enjoy this holiday with its traditions of gathering with family and enjoying delicious food. Thanksgiving is a fitting way to begin the Christmas season. We begin our celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ by showing gratitude and thanks for all that God has given us. With all our hearts let us be thankful for our Savior and Redeemer, Jesus Christ.
Here are some ideas for increasing gratitude in our lives:
Watch this video today and think about how you can live in Thanksgiving daily.
Review King Benjamin's counsel to his people regarding Thanksgiving found in Mosiah 2:20-21.
Additional scriptures to ponder and ask "what can I do to show more thanks to God for my blessings?":

Make a gratitude list including people you are thankful for. Think of ways you can show gratitude for them.
We hope this day will be glorious and you reflect on your many blessings and name and coung them one by one.
