Dear Missionaries:
Joy to the World, the Savior Reigns !!
It was a pleasure for me to be with you at our zone conferences in November. Hopefully, you recorded in your study journal the promptings you received while you participated in these conferences.
In these and other important meetings, we invite the Spirit to teach us and help us to know what we need to do individually to strengthen our faith and to repent.
I felt these promptings and am confident you did too.
Attached is The Standard which briefly summarizes important topics from the zone conferences as well as the group pictures from each day.
It is our intent to help you remember and review the messages of the conference.
Now is your opportunity to prayerfully reflect on these things and make commitments to our Heavenly Father to go forward with great faith to bring light to the world.
As we begin December we are reminded by all of the sights and sounds around us of the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
We hope that you will think of Him every day and especially at the Christmas season.
We have attached a PDF file of our mission advent calendar. We are on day three today so spend some time tomorrow, the Sabbath day, to review the first four days and then review each day till Christmas.
We have listed hymns with each day and invite you in your companionships to sing these hymns together or listen to the music and word through the Gospel Library.
We have given you some ideas for service activities and use those along with the ones outlined with the #LightTheWorld initiative.
